We are seeking an Apartment Maintenance Tech who is looking for long term stable employment. Job Duties: Performance of all maintenance and repairs at each property. Work orders must be completed promptly and efficiently Routinely inspect buildings, roofs and common areas Unclogging drains, clearing disposals Replacing lights and fixtures Patching and painting repairs, carpentry Replace electrical outlets Caulking Flooring repairs, etc...
