Description
.16 pounds of sludge per person per day living in treatment area. The sludge is dumped in landfills and sold to fertilizer company’s and sold back to us. Example, morganite at Home Depot and Lowe’s. In 1970 the clean water act was passed to protect water. The testing and fines are a joke, but it’s something. Most companies get around that by dumping their affluent into the sewer systems anyway, then the 85,000 chemicals end up in the environment and drinking water by way of sewer sludge. Only 200 of the 85,000 chemicals have been studied and only 5 have been banned by the EPA. Since the lobbiests who work for the chemical companies write the bills that are created in Washington, the health crisis is permanent. It’s not a stretch to imagine most cancer are the result of chemicals created by Dow, DuPont and Bayer, etc. How depressing to live in a modern world.
