Water Well Drilling Assistant (Virginia Beach) **Call 757-855-0034 Between 7:30 am to 2:30 pm to set an interview appointment time. ** Clean Background Check and Clean Driving record is a must and checked We are Family Owned and Operated business Duties and Responsibilities (include but are not limited to) Driller Assistant: • Must have a valid driver's license and a clean DMV record • Responsible for daily maintenance on Drill Rig. • Driving and Operating the Rig • Willingness to cross-train. • Prior experience operating drilling equipment is a plus and must work well with others. • Must understand utility locate law and compliance procedures. • Must own reliable transportation to and from work. Physical Requirements: • Standing - 6 to 8 hours daily • Walking - 6 to 8 hours daily • Bending/Twisting - 6 to 8 hours daily • Repetitive Motions (Heavy Lifting, Shoveling and trenching, Etc.)- 6 to 8 hours daily • Lifting (weight up to 100 lbs.) - Regularly/Daily • Lifting (weight of 50 to 75 lbs.) - Regularly/Daily
