Hi, I have a 1 year old mini pin/ chihuahua mix. His name is Cooper and I am looking to re home him. He is a very playful pup and needs a family that can care for him.I am unable to keep him because new management is taking over the property and no dogs are allowed. It makes me sad to have to let him go and this is why he needs a family that will be able to care for him
