We are looking for a few more musicians or bands to join us in our shared rehearsal space in the well-known "Danbro" Building on Meserole Street in East Williamsburg. The building is located just around the corner from the Montrose Avenue L Subway station. The building and the studio are very secure and safe. Our studio space is a shared studio that includes communal PA, microphones, drum set, and amplifiers. We are able to accommodate solo musicians or bands, depending on the amount of gear you intend to keep in the studio. At this time, we can not accommodate another full drum kit, or any large speaker cabinets. This studio is shared by very responsible and respectful people, and we expect the same of anyone who is considering joining us. Please only reply to this ad if you are serious, you are positive you can pay the rent on time every month, and you are able to be respectful/clean/responsible in the studio and with equipment that does not belong to you. Rental rates are $120/month for individuals and $175/month for bands. There is also a $200 security deposit required. Flexible for short term or long term. Please email me for more info.
