Job Description Montana Timber Products is looking for the right people for full-time production positions in our Caldwell, Idaho facility. Positions are involved in accurately and efficiently producing custom wood siding and timber products in accordance with established production processes. Successful candidates will demonstrate: Excellent Dependability - We work in a team environment and the entire crew needs you to show up on-time, ready to work, every day. The ability to follow verbal and written directions. The ability to consistently work at a fast pace, but always with safe work practices in mind. Successful communication skills. Pay starts at $13- $16/hour DOE along with: Bonus for attendance, Quality, and Productivity PTO 4 Paid Holidays Day Shift – generally 7:00 am to 3:30 pm with some seasonal adjustments. Occasional overtime may be required. Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds regularly. Must be able to stand for entire shift. Must be able to bend, twist, reach above shoulder level on a regular basis. Must be able to work outdoors or in a non-climate-controlled environment. Must be able to operate small equipment such as paint sprayers, mixers, chop saw, and hand tools. Montana Timber Products is an equal opportunity employer.
