"Move on, B"?! Weird flex. "Moving on" can be more difficult for people who do not treat relationships as disposable products. Then again, if you have "moved on" yourself, it's a little peculiar that you would be checking CL Missed Connections, or more importantly, create a posting. Keep up with the therapy and learn what commitment means.
