Hey y'all just so u all know. Spreed this far and wide. Don't rent from Kris Ellis, Curtis Ellis or Custom Property management. Here's the reason. Kris says that she is a christian and will be nice to ur face, but then she turns around and puts two children out on the streets to live out of a vehicle, with no place to sleep, eat or bathe, cause there is nothing out there to rent that's affordable. All because of being one week late to pay rent. Cause the main bread winner hurt his back and was out of work for the month, which she was informed of and then to find out if she was being told the truth, she goes to another tenant who works for the same company, at one of her other properties and asks him. So if u see 1017 Maple St Apt 11 come up for rent. I can tell u every damn thing that is wrong with the apt, cause u tell her that something is broke. It takes her forever to come fix it, or she just doesn't come fix it and forgets u told her it needed to be fixed. She is the true definition of a slum Lord. She will also run around to the other tenants and tell u their business or tell them urs. She doesn't apply her rules in her lease to all her tenants the same. So she will tell one tenant that they need to pay extra for someone to move in and live with u, but she won't charge another unit who is doing the same thing. She will go after one tenant for dog poop in the yard, but she won't go after all tenants who have dogs. She isn't a good person or landlord at all. And please just pray.
