Established 3 piece original rock band seeks lead guitarist

Hi there, I'm the rhythm/lead guitarist and one of the singers of an established 3 piece rock band. We've been playing together around 3 years. I've always wanted a fuller sound. Haven't pursued it until now because the band gels together so well as is. But a lead guitarist who is good at that improvisational sound could take us to another level. The set we play now is all original 1.5 hours long. We're a chill band, practice once a week. Since we've been playing our present set so long, it may be hard to work you into some of the songs (and it may not.) But that is not a huge concern, because writing new material is very easy for us. The style of rock we play now is very high energy, and melodic. Styled hard rock, classic rock, 60s garage... Everyone sings and you can, too. Everyone writes and you can, too.
