Construction Assistant / Laborer

I am a property developer located in Somerville and all of my work is in Somerville. I need someone to help keep my construction sites neat and orderly, help out with deliveries and do other random tasks. Need someone who isn't afraid to get their hands dirty. I only need help a couple days per week. Some weeks I may not need any help, while other weeks I may need help every day. Our schedule is very flexible. Other tasks that I may need help with include: digging earth, cement work, cutting concrete work, moving lumber, cleaning sites, being available to assist deliveries of lumber/dumpsters, going to Home Depot to pick up supplies if needed etc. Need to have a vehicle, truck is preferred but not a deal breaker.
