Lost wallet off lidgerwood- keep cash as reward

PLEASE RETURN WALLET. KEEP CASH AS REWARD. My wallet fell out of my bag outside of my duplex in Spokane a couple blocks away from Gonzaga. I need my wallet and don’t care if you take the CASH in it as a REWARD for returning it. My vehicle insurance card will have my license plate number. I think the wallet fell out near the passenger door of the car. Please help me get my wallet back. Reply to this message please.
