Off Grid Homestead Community Opportunity. Almost 20 acres of nice wooded land we already own. Off grid. Within an hour or so of CDA and Spokane. Nearby towns yet very rural. Solar powered well already setup and working. We are currently working on getting self sufficient with future plans including gardens and animals. Well on our way to getting things set up. Looking for possible potential families that aren't quite sure what they want to do but desire this lifestyle. Plenty of room to include several families but also maintain privacy and independence yet share in the setup and operation of the community food and chores. Obviously compatible and like minded people would have to get connected and work out the details of commiting to such an ambitious goal. Probably a long shot but surely there are plenty of people who are tired of the "normal" way of life and all that comes with it. Do you desire to have freedom and peaceful quiet yet you don't feel crazy enough to tackle such an adventure all alone? Do you have a desire to live off the land and break away from the grind of modern life? Hard work and patience are required along with a good attitude to take on challenges everyday.
