It’s coming down to whether you support republicans and their attempts to subvert our democracy through Jim Crow voting restrictions or you believe in democracy and equality for all! It’s that simple. Either everyone has the same rights or we have a fascist authoritarian move to install a dictator. Not on my watch! Every possible sanction should be placed and exercised on any state government attempting to restrict any voters! Citizens should boycott the corporations that do not strongly reject voter suppression legislation. The Voter Rights Act must be passed by whatever means necessary, setting ground rules of fairness across every state! Every citizen must have access to vote without hinderance. And while I’m at it...Why do republicans ignore any sexual improprieties within their party but stand on mountaintops to point out others? Because they are hypocrites! As to the January 6th attempted coup... Justice requires evidence, requiring investigations, which take time. We know who is guilty of Insurrection and Sedition, but the proof must be assimilated. Then you will see some of those who participated go to prison. You can’t run for office from a cell with a felony conviction. Meanwhile, too goddamned many people are acting like it is an act of oppression to ask folks to wear a mask. Are you afraid of wearing a soft little mask because it makes you look like you care about the lives of others? Because that is the exact scenario we have...either you care about protecting everyone because this is a massive Public Health Crisis, it is not a hoax, or you do not care if you are an asymptomatic carrier who infects others who may die. Are you an absolute denier?
