Vinyasa Yoga Flow with Hermione at The Barn Join us ~ Whether it’s your first time on the mat, or you’re a daily yogi all are welcome! Our 75 minute Vinyasa Yoga flow will warm you up to release the tension of the day, tone your body, build endurance, and increase flexibility through mindful body movements. We will close our practice with a restorative relaxation leaving you with a better sense of balance and bliss.
