Duties & Responsibilities:
Maintain the facility, including offices,shop, and lots in a clean and orderly condition.
Pick up ∧ deliver parts and/or customers as needed.
General Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Capable of assuming responsibility.
Able to work without supervision.
Possess a valid state drivers license.
Speak fluent English.
Read and write English language.
Neat appearance.
Write legibly.
Be dependable.
Be enthusiastic.
Able to work flexible hours.
Able to lift 60 pounds.
Specific Responsibilities:
Report problem areas to management.
Park and lock all vehicles in an orderly fashion in designated areas.
Maintain a good working relationship with all personnel.
Maintain a valid state drivers license.
Request work assignment if out of work.
Maintain lot free of dirt, litter, debris and wash down as requested.
Empty all trash barrels daily.
Clean restrooms and ensure supplies are maintained
Clean all windows inside and outside as needed.
Clean shop area including floors, workbenches, walls, and equipment
Wash walls, light fixtures, counters, etc. as required.
Wash customer vehicles as requested.
Run errands for the shop, ie parts and supply pick-up, as efficiently as possible.
Shuttle customers as requested.
Assist technicians with work on customer cars - as knowledge permits
