Receive your Covid-19 Vaccine Green Apple Rx Pharmacy will be administering the Covid 19 Vaccine at Silverthorn Country Club from 10 AM - 5 PM, Sunday, April 18th 2021. Please register if you would like to sign up to receive the vaccine. This is the Moderna two-shot vaccine, so there will be a second date set up for you to receive your second dose. There is No cost for this service. This is completely Free. If you have any questions in regards to the vaccine, please call the pharmacy at (727) 261-4684.
