Description

As an auto damage claims representative, you'll have a key role on our claims team. You will analyze more complex first loss reports to determine eligibility, repair and/or replacement costs for eligible losses, etc. You will be responsible for managing, coordinating, and making critical decisions regarding the repair process for our customers. Key Responsibilities: + Determine contract entitlement and eligibility + Document damage and loss + Provide claim information/status to existing open or pending claims and communicate updates to assigned claims examiner. + Deliver outstanding service to our customers and fulfill the customers' needs. + Demonstrate the ability to effectively handle difficult situations.
