Earth Day Walking Meditation and Yoga in Irondequoit
Let's celebrate Earth Day with a walking meditation and yoga practice outdoors! Our morning will begin with a brief meditation and a little mindful movement. We will then wander through the Helmer Nature Trail looking for signs of spring before stopping for a longer mediation. We will then ground ourselves with some yoga and a closing circle of reflection. No meditation or yoga experience required. Bring a smile and open heart.
What to wear: No yoga mat is needed unless our weather allows. Bring a towel or cushion to sit on for meditation and wear comfortable shoes and clothing that allows for movement.
Where to meet: We will gather in the parking lot of Helmer Nature Center.
