I am looking to hire one excellent, professional organizer to do independent, part-time work for my company, Healthier Homelife. This position works best for someone who wants part-time work and is not looking for full-time employment. Job scheduling is flexible and can accommodate your schedule. REQUIREMENTS: - Be great with people, compassionate, and an excellent listener. You will be working with clients with a wide variety of backgrounds and in different life situations -- such as a move, divorce, death in the family, new job, etc. - Be very empathetic, intuitive, personable, and know how to read people. Many of our clients are extremely overwhelmed and need, first and foremost, an empathetic presence. - Be able to take things slow when people are having emotional difficulty letting things go YET also be able to take charge when needed. - Have innovative and creative organizing ideas, hacks, and tools. - Be able to adapt to people's needs and create organizing systems that work for THEM personally. - Have knowledge about different decor styles and an eye for aesthetics and beautification. - Be able to help people who have just moved and need their entire house unpacked, organized, and decorated. - If you are working with a family with kids, create excitement about organizing and get everyone on the same page and on board. - Delight in helping clients who are in a state of overwhelm move into flow, fun, and empowerment! - Make this a joyous process for you and the client!
