I'd never looked at someone and stopped in my tracks. My dog pulled me forward as I took a seat. I love public transportation and I learned that you do too. We talked about the magic the Sun Link held as simple as it was. You liked my dog, I liked your necklace. There was something different about you. A silence I've never heard before. My destination faded the moment I met you, and I was suddenly going wherever you were. How we talked about our fears and dreams in five minutes I don't know. I got your name and where you were from, but that was all. Although not much, I think it's all I needed. The magic will never fade as long as the Sun Link is running, so it's only a matter of time before we find our way back to each other. Until next time Evergreen. xx
