ASM TULSA DINNER SERIES: "BUT FIRST, TEQUILA..." offers a one-of-kind experience with Chef Devin Levine, live entertainment, and tequila! ASM TULSA (BOK Center and Cox Business Convention Center - CBCC) host a dinner series presented by Messages Floral Design Studio and featuring ASM Tulsa Executive Chef Devin Levine, CEC - "ASM TULSA DINNER SERIES." Each event offers a unique one-night only experience with a custom theme, six-course menu designed by Chef Devin, and the pairing of the perfect beverages and live entertainment. "BUT FIRST, TEQUILA..." on May 1, 2021, offers a Cinco De Mayo culinary pre-game with an incredible list of courses - Ahi Tuna & Shrimp Ceviche, Chorizo-Patatas Bravas & Poached Egg for starters then two more dishes before a Caramelized Saffron-Orange Arroz con Leche dessert. Chef Devin's full menu is below, but first, tequila...and know we have the menu set but are now in search of the perfect tequila and unique cocktail beverages to pair with the courses. We will also announce the live entertainment guest - so stay tuned but get your tickets now since there are limited seats for this one-night only event. The evening begins with complimentary parking outside the east entrance of Cox Business Convention Center (100 Civic Center). You'll enter the new Grand Gallery (a three-story glass atrium with a great view of the downtown Tulsa skyline), and after a quick check-in and temperature check you'll enter the new Grand Hall and enjoy dinner, drinks, and live entertainment in Oklahoma's largest banquet space. *We are not able to make any dietary adjustments or substitutions for this special event.
