I’m a Door Dash delivery driver in Missoula. On the afternoon of Tuesday, March 30th, I was delivering food to a customer. I was driving the speed limit, but was being tailgated on South St by a driver in a white Scion. I lightly tapped my brakes, in an attempt to signal to the driver that I‘d like some space. He continued to follow me at a dangerously close distance, all the way to my destination. Once I arrived at the delivery location, he parked behind me and when I opened my door to get out of my vehicle, he slammed my door on my shins and punched me in the face as I was still sitting in my driver’s seat. I was so stunned by how quickly and unexpectedly he attacked me, that I just sat in my seat holding my aching jaw, as he returned to his vehicle. I was able to capture this photo of him in his vehicle, as he smiled and waved at me, after assaulting me for driving slower than he would’ve liked. Please, if you have any information about who this boy is (real men exercise self-control do not punch people when they’re upset), I‘d like to know who he is and why I was attacked.
