We are looking for a full turn-key or rehab outfit with residential renovation experience in the following areas: Marietta Woodstock Smyrna Acworth Austell Powder Springs Hiram Douglasville Lawrenceville Snellville Cumming Alpharetta Rex Jonesboro Stockbridge Ellenwood ADDITIONAL BENEFITS • Projects range between 2K-35k • Access to national pricing on all materials • Pay every two weeks (1st and 15th of the month) • Vacant homes • Consistent workflow • We float the cost of materials • No bidding • Most of the materials can be delivered to the site REQUIREMENTS • Workers' compensation, if required by state law (waiver accepted, if allowed by state law) • General liability If you are fast, reliable, communicate well, and can provide quality work, we are looking for you!
