HIRING - Part-time Personal Assistant and Household Manager Needed!

This is a remote position during the pandemic with only a limited need to be onsite! Location: Alamo Schedule: Part-time, 20 to 25 hours per week; additional hours on weekends and evenings may be required Children: 8 year old Duties: File paperwork including submitting medical expenses, working with insurance companies, filing local council paperwork, etc., coordinate parties and social events, manage contractors and services including house cleaners, gardeners and pest control, manage shipping and logistics as well as dealing with returns, replacements and other needs Requirements: Ideal Candidate will have three to five years of recent experience as a House Manager or Personal Assistant with references; will be responsible, collaborative, trustworthy and proactive; and will have a keen eye for detail. Ideal Candidate will have interior or exterior design experience and expertise with computers and online platforms including Google Mail, Google Drive and Google Docs. Candidate must be able to follow all CDC guidelines and recommendations when in the home; family has a Nanny in their home four hours per day.
