Responsibilities: -Deliver exceptional Commercial Cleaning services -Ensure complete customer satisfaction and retention -Reliably and consistently perform service agreements -Quickly respond to all emails and phone calls -Holds self and crew to the highest level of accountability -Dedication to highest ethical standards. Qualifications: -Must have current Business License, Liability Insurance, and Workers Comp Insurance -Professional, independent contractors who are looking to grow their business -Ability to operate business independently, and manage own internal affairs -Financial stability and good judgement -Regularly uses email as a means of communication; ideally, mobile email -Mobile telephone -Demonstrated results of satisfying clients -Good communications skills -Ability to lead and supervise cleaning crews in multiple locations is ideal -Reliable transportation, fully insured -Crews will provide their own professional equipment and all "green certified" cleaning solutions -Specialties are a plus; professional window washing, floor stripping and waxing, Pressure Washing.
