Strongman Real Estate Services; a small/ medium sized construction company, is seeking a Landscaper/ Laborer for work in the South Bay Area Job Summary: Under direct supervision, executes moderately complex landscaping/ gardening work, hauling and general labor to assist construction crew. Typical job tasks include: irrigation repair/ new installation, sod installation, bark installation, planting bushes/ flowers/ shrubs, digging ditches/ trenches, light demolition, hauling job site/ misc homeowner debris, job site material delivery and other basic construction support services. Our wide variety of services offered to our customers allow for work variety on a daily basis, and tremendous growth potential within our companies numerous internal divisions. Qualifications: - High School diploma or GED equivalent required. - 2 or more years of experience performing gardening/ landscaping services). - Excellent verbal phone and written communication skills required. - Must be able to read, write and speak English. - Detail-oriented with excellent organizational/time management skills. - Ability to work independently and with others. - Must be able to pass background check and drug screening. - Must have a valid CA drivers license and clean driving record. Working Title: Landscaper/ Construction Laboror. Pay Rate: $18 - $22 per hour (Depends on Experience and Education). Position Type: Full-time; 40 hours per week. Schedule: Work Week Schedule - Mon-Fri 7:30 am-4:00 pm.
