Loftium is a Seattle-based start-up that delivers premium rental experiences at affordable rates, leveraging home-sharing to provide discounted rent to tenants. Loftium’s mission is to provide affordable, workforce housing in America’s least affordable cities. Please read full post to be considered: We’re looking for driven and capable Field Reps contractors to assist our Property Operations. You’ll be responsible for inspecting, assessing home condition and making ready homes for Loftium in Seattle. This is a contractor role so this offers a lot of flexibility - you will get to set the hours which you are available! Depending on a variety of factors, Field Reps should expect to do 10 to 15 hours per month not including travel time during slow season and 15-30+ per week during peak season. Responsibilities - Ensure homes are ready for Loftium renters by completing a move-in inspection report, documenting all repairs and additions needed and submitting reports to Loftium for review. -Season property check-ins or repair completion verifications Keypad or lockbox installation Requirements -High attention to detail and quality -Highly accountable and reliable; you never let responsibilities drop -Highly responsive -Strong verbal and people skills -Reliable access to a vehicle -Reliable access to a camera or camera phone -Preferred: Industry knowledge of residential property management -Preferred: Familiar with long-term and short-term renting, Airbnb and the sharing economy -Preferred: Experience with Slack, photo editing and compression, file zipping, and Google Drive More About You -You are highly accountable and reliable, ready to jump in to complete all tasks on time -You're able to move a million miles an hour to get the job done -You love meeting new people and have a keen sense of customer service -You like being in the field - a desk job isn’t for you! -You have a flexible schedule; you are willing to work evenings/weekends Application steps: Please respond to this email with application items 1-4 below: 1) Introduce yourself!
