The Essential Baking Company has been a leader in the Northwest baking industry since we started making our organic and all natural baked goods more than 25 years ago. We are looking for someone to help bake our quality artisan products consistently every day to support our growing business and the mission of serving our customers with uncompromising quality and service. In this role you will be responsible for helping to make our products, ensuring they get out the door on time to our customers each day. Past experience is a plus, however we are willing to train those eager to learn the skill of baking. We offer the following shifts to work: 3am - 1:30pm (4 - 10 hour days), Must be available to work any day of the week. 1pm - 11:30pm (4 - 10 hour days), Must be available to work any day of the week. 6am - 4:30pm (4 - 10 hours days). 1 position available for Saturday, Sunday, Monday, & Tuesday, and 1 position available for Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, & Thursday Preferred Qualifications: Desire to learn the art of baking Energetic, results oriented team player Able to lift 50 pounds and work on your feet all day Good communication skills with all levels of the organization Strong work ethic with the desire to advance your skills Ability to report to work on time and work extra hours as needed during busy times How to apply: Please send your resume with "Bakery Production" in the subject line, and include which shift you are applying for (3am, 1pm, or 6am).
