Carlile Transportation Systems, Inc. Dock Worker FULL-TIME $16/hr 2301 Taylor Way, Tacoma, WA 98421 Starting hourly wage is between $16.00 -$18.00/hour depending on experience. Duties include reading customer orders, shipping orders, or requisitions to determine items to be moved, gathered, distributed and/or shipped. Loading/unloading containers, lifting materials, verifying and receiving POs and BOLs, counting and labeling. Consolidating boxes and pallets for shipment. Note damaged freight, recording on BOL and photograph. Maintaining good housekeeping standards with focus on the care and custody of materials. Preparing and prioritizing orders for shipment to include delivery documents. Prioritizing and complete day-to-day activities as assigned based on customer needs Schedule - Shift start: 11:30AM or 2:30PM - Shift length: 10 hours - Days: Tuesday - Friday, some overtime Benefits - Health, dental, vision insurance available after 30 days - Paid time off - 401k Requirements - Previous freight handling and forklift experience - Must be at least 19+ years old - Must pass drug screen - Must pass background check - Can lift 60 lbs About Carlile Transportation Systems, Inc.
