Production Team Members work in a variety of areas such as packaging, roasting, and sanitation, while standing/walking for long periods of time. This position also requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, document and sample collection to meet quality checks, make adjustments and repairs to machines and take initiative to ensure work is done correctly. Base pay is $17/hour + differential for 2nd shift *with progression program for higher pay* 1st Shift 6:00AM - 6:30PM $17.00 2nd Shift 6:00PM-6:30AM $17.00 + $1.00
