Benefits: - Healthcare + Life Insurance - Dental + Vision - Profit-Sharing - Paid Time Off - Employee Recognition - Office dog Scooter – unlimited cuddles --------General Job Requirements-------- - Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation and be willing to commute to different job sites every day. - Must have a smartphone and be able to use technology and read work orders - Able to bend, stoop, reach, lift, climb and walk on a daily basis without issue - Have your own standard painting tools, other power tools a bonus - Must speak fluent English, Spanish is a plus - Able to pass a criminal background check ------Positions Available------- Paint Tech II: $16-$20 - At least 2+ years of experience in a professional painting atmosphere - Skilled in prep, sanding, brushing, precision cutting in, rolling, general spraying techniques, equipment maintenance, stain work, use of chemicals for preparation and retention Paint Tech III: $19-$25 - At least 5+ years of experience in a professional painting atmosphere - Skilled and can independently execute all of the above-mentioned skills (prep, sanding, brushing, cutting in, rolling, general spraying techniques, equipment maintenance, stain work, use of chemicals for preparation and retention) and has the ability to train and teach new recruits industry techniques - Ability to assist Project Manager in project planning, material orders, and managing team onsite Paint Project Manager: $24-$30 - At least 7+ years of experience in a professional painting atmosphere - Highly skilled in all areas of paint preparation, application, equipment set up and maintenance, reading work scopes, ordering materials - Leadership Skills and experience managing team efficiency & directing field staff, communicating with clients, and updating project progress regularly. - Good customer service skills, problem-solving for clients using field experience and industry knowledge We have an amazing team of Professional painters and would love a chance to talk with you, if you would like to apply please reach out as soon as possible!
