Job Description Polar Bear Exterior Solutions is seeking a responsible and committed individual to join our team and work on a variety of gutter projects and service requests. Must be a self-motivated individual with a positive attitude. This individual must provide quality work to complete gutter installs and service requests in a professional and timely manner. Considering all levels of gutter experience. Essential Functions: *Maintain a well organized, stocked, and clean truck *Removal and replacement of gutters per company standards *Removal and replacement of roof fascia per company standards * Roof and ladder work *Provide professional customer service and repairs to siding, roofing or gutter installs that require repairs (often involves drywall and paint repairs) *Documentation of problem and effective communication with project manager about proposed solution *Maintain and organize warehouse inventory *Provide return and delivery services to field crews Required Skills: *Construction Experience in roofing or gutter install *Candidates must have knowledge of industry and safety practices. *Ability to work independently and with a group *Strong professional communication skills *Ability to work through conflict, complexities and problems to solve issues. *Must have a valid driver’s license
