Experience the city at night - become an evening shift supervisor for our window cleaning crew at Puget Sound Window Maintenance. -- OUR COMPANY -- PSWM is a small, family-oriented business founded in 1980 and based in Seattle. Increasing demand for our services has led to the current expansion of our staff. The PSWM team currently comprises 13 field workers and 3 office personnel. Most of our work is done in downtown Seattle and extends to the greater Puget Sound area. Our company culture is positive, encouraging, and always focused on bringing out the best in each other. -- POSITION DETAILS -- We are looking for a strong leader who can inspire a crew of 2-3 people and create an energetic and positive work environment. Both experienced cleaners and newcomers are welcome to apply. We will train you to perform high-quality window-cleaning services for the interior windows and lobby areas of the buildings we service. Ideally, training will take place a month or two during the daytime. However, we are willing to work with your current schedule. As this will be a leadership position with our company, we feel that communication is key with management and your team. This position would be ideal for someone who is looking for full-time swing shift year-round and potentially work day-shift overtime during the summer. Entry-level trainees (no experience) earn $22.00 - $28.00/hr. Otherwise, wages are determined by experience, abilities, and efficiency. -- OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE -- Are you a night owl? You must be responsible, careful, and dedicated to safety at all times. Candidates must take our training and safety protocols seriously. No experience is required.
