Specialized Pavement Marking, Inc. is seeking a Traffic Control Supervisor (TCS) to add to our highway construction team. This position will also require duties of a construction highway striper which can be taught with on-site training during the course of employment. Private wage is negotiable and depending on experience. The majority of projects are prevailing wage work with current wages ranging from $27.00 - $47.00 per hour with hourly prevailing wage fringe benefits. Traveling is a requirement for all applicants; a daily per diem is paid to employee and hotel expenses are employer paid for all out-of-town work. SPM benefits include: 401k plan, medical, dental, vision, and life insurance policy through our company's benefit plans. Work is performed in an outdoor setting with exposure to the elements on or around loud machinery. This could often include long hours of bending, stooping and walking. Employee must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Must have current Washington TCS Card and minimum 2 years’ experience as a TCS. Applicants must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Applicants must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test prior to hiring.
