Need someone to help me make my rental properties look nicer! You will need a gas powered weed whacker You will need a chain saw You will need to pole trimmer (for palm frawns) You will need a 8 foot ladder I have half dozen properties, all within a few mile radius of each other. They all need some annual "TLC". No lawn mowing - I have a service that does that. All properties are in the Cape. We'd start on Skyline Blvd near the Home Depot. Start at 9am and finish at 5pm. $125 cash. If you do a good job, we can make this an 'every 3 month' gig. Please: don't apply if you don't have the equipment mentioned above, or if you can't tolerate working a full day in the heat.
