Celebrating Black Entrepreneurs, Leaders & Business Owners of Lake County We are often overlooked and uncelebrated, and it is time for us to receive the recognition we have all worked so hard for. The 1st Annual Black Excellence Awards Gala was hosted by LEAP Design & Print Co. on February 29, 2020. Weeks after our event, the world entered a pandemic which largely affected many individuals and businesses globally. Although, we were not able to host, which would be our 2nd Annual Awards Gala in February 2021, we feel many individuals and businesses that were created during the pandemic, and those who made great strides through out, still deserve a moment of celebration.
