FS Depot Advanced Parts Manager Training FS Depot is proud to announce a partnership with Associated Equipment Distributors (AED) to provide advanced training for the Parts Managers and aspiring Parts Personnel in our Dealer Network. This collaboration will take AED standard training and tailor it to FS Depot/ESG Dealers specifically. Part 1 of the Parts Manager Training is FS Depot 201: Foundation. This 2-day seminar will focus on the basic concepts that are crucial to the success of any retail dealership. We will discuss People, Parameters, Progress, and the Processes needed to run a successful Parts Department.
