Spring cleanup for the yard, landscaping, and small repair projects on the exterior of a home ***FAMILY FRIENDLY*** Volunteer numbers for this project are based on adults and children ages 11 and older. Younger children are encouraged to attend with their parents but registration is NOT needed for any child 10 and under. What sort of work will I be doing? LANDSCAPING: Laying mulch, planting flowers, trimming low-hanging branches YARD CLEAN-UP: clean out gutters, remove / dismantle some above ground pool components, pull weeds in the side yard, clear branches or other items in the yard that fell during the winter SMALL REPAIR: Paint mailbox and put new house numbers on it, potentially repair section of vinyl siding, other small patch or repair jobs VOLUNTEERS SHOULD BRING: Wheelbarrows (need 2-3)RakesShovelsGardening glovesAny basic tools (hammer, measuring tape, drill, etc)IF YOU HAVE: loppers, hedge trimmers, saw, small chainsaw
