Job Type Full-time Candidates should be/have: Very good knowledge of different trades including framing, windows and doors, trim and moldings, electrical, plumbing, drywall and paint Ability to work diligently, pay attention to details, ensure home is kept intact and protected while working Be physically fit and able to do physical work in a safely manner Must be proactive, reliable, and have strong communication skills Good attitude / work ethic and be able to work well with others or alone You will assume many duties, including but not limited to; Ensures the completion of construction within budget, on schedule, and meets all program objectives and appropriate regulations Manage communications on a regular and timely basis, ensuring that all project participants are informed of project status, problems, and required actions Provides leadership, coordination, and support to the Project Managers and all the contractors specific to a construction project This is a year-round, long term job opportunity, with Visser Advisors.
