We are seeking an experienced farm laborer / equipment operator to work on a diversified farm in Durham. We grow rice, almonds, walnuts and pecans, so orchard or rice experience is a plus. This position is full time and year round. General Requirements: • Qualified candidate must possess current Driver's License • Able to operate tractors with various implements • Possess a strong work ethic, a commitment to excellence and safety awareness • Will be required to submit to a pre-employment drug screen • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. • Ability to work varying shifts, weekends, holidays and extended hours during spring work and harvest as required by the operation • Able to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision • Effective interpersonal skills while working with a variety of individuals and groups This is a permanent, full time position.
