Need a vet for dog asap

Hi, I took in a dog not too long ago. I've never had a dog and took her out of an abusive situation. She and I became close very quick and she literally stays at my side. I'm working hard to make her feel safe and loved. The problem is, she needs a vet asap. I can tell she's in pain, having a hard time walking. I'm on a fixed income so I'm looking for a good vet that won't charge an extreme amount to see her and treat her. If I had the money to take her to any vet, I would. But I just don't. I don't want to find her another home one because I love her, and most importantly, she's been through so much and you can see how much she loves me and feels safe and happy with me. If anyone has any resources and or names of vets that are good and work with people who are low income, Please email me. I'd like to get her in asap! Thank you!
