IMMEDIATE NEED For GROUNDCREW/Swamper for Tree company- Full- Time - Need immediately 04/03!! Tree Groundsperson (swamper) REQUIREMENTS: • Ready to work • Driver’s License (not optional) • Dependable • Reliable • Honest • Ambition to grow and learn • Takes direction well • Team player • Knowledge of operating a chainsaw • Knowledge of operating a bucket truck • As a groundsperson, you will lift and move heavy brush, buck up logs, chip debris, and work long hot hours in the sun. Experience prefered STARTING pay is $16-$19 an hour, depending on experience + weekly bonuses. Pay is weekly. Immediate raises are possible. THIS IS NOT A DAILY PAY JOB, REPEAT NOT A DAILY PAY JOB!!! IT IS A FULL-TIME 1099 CONTRACTOR JOB. Looking for someone who wants to grow with the company. Drug-free workplace. This is not intended to be a temporary position. $1000 bonus after 90 days of continuous employment. 1 week of paid vacation after 6 months of continous employment. $500 referral bonus (must work a minumum of 90 days)
