You will provide all labor and tools to frame about a 3500 square-foot home. General contractor will provide all materials. Very simple square layout, not chopped up. Ranch with a 7/12 truss roof. Very little over frame. It should take a good crew about 2 to 3 weeks to frame this. It pays $15,000. 25% when the floors done. 25% when the walls are done the rest when it is finished.
