Established property management company looking for three positions all involve part-time cleaning of apartments and houses. First option- cleaning personnel part-time to clean apartments and houses as needed for two hundred units and common areas. This option would be only 4-30 hours per week. Hours and days work will vary widely. Would work great if you have other cleaning jobs or only need limited hours. Second option- part-time cleaning and part time office assistant for a total of 40 hours week. Job description would be to clean vacant apartments, houses, and common areas as needed. This will take about 8-20 hours per week typically and the remainder of the time would be spent as an office assistant. You would be expected to answer phones, show apartments, sign leases etc.. Third option- part-time cleaning and part time laborer/maintenance assistant for a 40 hours week. Job description would be to clean vacant apartments, houses, and common areas as needed. This will take about 8-20 hours per week typically and the remainder of the time would be spent as an assistant to maintenance personnel doing make readies, painting, mowing lawns, snow removal etc.. Office help must have friendly personality, a reliable vehicle, driver's license, computer literacy, and good oral and written skills for the office position. Spanish speaking is a plus.
