Need a place to ride my flat track motorcycle--will pay cash

I'm a 55 yr-old flat track motorcycle racer in Sacramento and I am hoping someone has some land I can practice on. I don't need a lot of it--say, 30 to 50 square yards of flat dirt where I can practice starts, turns and doing some cone drills. I'll never ask to do it on rainy days or when it's muddy and I'll rake up after myself--will never leave trash and can use a silencer on my muffler if needed. I'm hoping to get access once or twice a month for an hour each time, during late spring thru early fall. I'd be willing to pay up to $75 cash each time I use it. Thanks for reading!
