Housekeeper / Porter Work schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday from 9am to 6pm, 40 hours per week. Some Saturdays required 10am to 5pm. Weekly schedule may change as required. The Housekeeper/Porter will ensure the "Landings of Brentwood" community is neat, clean, free from clutter and safe. Duties include picking up trash, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, or using industrial cleaning equipment to clean floors, cleaning and stocking bathrooms. Essential Duties: Sweep, mop and/or vacuum floors in all common areas. Clean glass doors and windows Pick up and empty trash throughout the building Clean management offices and models on a daily basis Make ready experience preferred Pool maintenance knowledge preferred Assist office staff with preparing packets (for instance, newsletters) to be delivered to residents and assist with posting notices Coordinate with the Maintenance Supervisor to schedule preventative grounds work and resident service requests Communicate need of routine supplies and materials to Maintenance Supervisor Assist with special projects and assignments as needed Qualifications: Expansive knowledge of equipment, supplies and materials used in the field Must be able to read, understand and comply with all MSDA Sheets on all chemicals used at the property Must be able to lift, push, and pull up to 90 pounds Must have the ability to stand and/or walk for long periods of time and climb stairs and ladders as necessary Maintain a valid local State Driver's License Maintain current automobile insurance We offer: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k match 20% Rental community discount Three weeks of PTO the first year Holidays – 9 paid holidays + 2 floating holidays Advancement and learning opportunities Great teams and influential leadership A fun and challenging environment where you will be encouraged to grow Apply online Landings of Brentwood 1505 Landings Drive Brentwood, TN 37027 For more information about Steadfast Living, please visit our website: Steadfast Living is an equal opportunity employer.
