Groundskeeper Work schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday from 9am to 6pm, 40 hours per week. Some weekends are required: Saturday 10am to 5pm and/or Sunday 12pm to 5pm. As a Groundskeeper at Landings of Brentwood, you play a key role in making our community a great place to live! You will maintain natural environments and landscaping including lawns, gardens, trees, shrubs, driveways and sidewalks. As a member of the Groundskeeping staff you will work directly with the Maintenance Supervisor and the office staff to provide world class service to our residents. Essential Duties: Sweep, mop and/or vacuum floors in all common areas Clean glass doors and windows Pick up and empty trash throughout the building Clean management offices and models on a daily basis Assist office staff with preparing packets (newsletters, etc.) to be delivered to residents and assist with posting notices to doors Coordinate with the Maintenance Supervisor to schedule preventative grounds work and resident service requests Follow the community preventative maintenance program regularly Actively participate in all maintenance duties including but not limited to maintenance service request completion and grounds keeping Communicate need of routine supplies and materials to Maintenance Supervisor Perform additional duties requested by management Qualifications: Read, understand and comply with all MSDA Sheets on all chemicals used at the property Lift, push, and pull up to 90 pounds.
