Description
Drywall subcontractor needed to handle new home projects. Volume averages two house per week, but greater capacity is preferred because scheduling varies. Average home is between 225-325 boards.
The projects will include the following stages:
1.Drywall hanging and finishing, scrape and sweep when complete
2.Drywall touch up after prime coating of paint is applied
3.Drywall touch up after mechanical installations are complete
4.Final drywall touch up before closing
A few side notes:
1.Only drywall boards will be provided, all other materials need to be included in pricing.
2.Please have references and sample work available for review.
3.General liability and workers compensation insurance are required.
