I am passionate about providing OUTSTANDING service to our customers. We are an up & coming family company in business to beautify & protect exterior decks, fences & wood furniture. We are searching for a trustworthy, dependable & teachable team of 2 laborers. You must have the desire to work outside making outdoor living spaces beautiful. NO EXPERIENCE is necessary. We will train you how to correctly prep, stain & protect the entire project. You will report directly to the owner. Starting out you will be paid per job. For miscellaneous work in between jobs, you will be paid by the hour. After 30 days of proving your work ethic there will be the opportunity for a pay increase. QUALITIES NEEDED: -available to work flexible hours M-F, weekends with 1 day off per week (Work days & times will be determined by owner based on weekly jobs) -excellent communication skills in English (oral & written) -High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience -dependable & trustworthy to work unsupervised -hard working & diligent -passionate & highly motivated -safety conscious -quick learner -problem solver -ability to receive instruction -a can-do, willing attitude, team player -willing to provide outstanding customer service -a general knowledge of pressure washer, sprayers & hand tools -Drug free -Dependable transportation ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES -must be willing to follow instructions of Owner/Project Manager -ability to drive to job sites in Desoto County & the Memphis, TN area -must take good care of all operating equipment & tools -must practice safety at all times -must be able to lift, handle & operate a pressure washer & spray equipment -must be able to use stain applicators -must be able to lift up to 75 lbs -must be able to remove furniture/items from deck -must be able to manage 5 gallon cans of product -ability to climb/work from a ladder Respond to this post if you are interested in scheduling an interview.
