Seeking (for 1099 contract or as an employee) an experienced teacher/mentor for a 14-year old highly functioning autistic boy. He is being schooled through Liberty Online but we need someone who will proctor & guide him, help him learn life lessons with a 4-year goal of developing life and social skills, preparation for a job/trade/career and help with critical decision making. Traditional lessons as well as social & field trips. We are in the Wales/Waukesha area and would hold school in a nearby office between 8:30 or 9:00 am until 3:00 or 3:30. We’d like to begin this in the summer. If you are a teacher and would like to teach him in addition to one or two other students (or your own children) in a virtual environment, we could consider that as well.
